Help and support

Something not working, or a question about a game? Most answers are here, and we are one message away.

A game link does not open

Game links look like vxlverse.com/make/… and open the game in the editor. If one shows “Page not found”, ask the assistant to make the link again. Games need a browser with WebGL, on a computer or a phone.

How do I change a game an assistant made?

Open its link: the game opens in the editor, where you can change its people, things and places and press Play to try it. You can also ask the assistant to change the game and make a new link.

Can a game link be removed?

Yes. Send us the link and we remove it.
